Fearful

This adventure game was made for Scream Jam 2023.

Plot

When you last closed your eyes, you were asleep in a run-down shack in the forest. Now, you're trapped — in your own mind, in Hell, nobody knows. Your goal: fight through the legions of Hell and explore the crypt to hopefully find a way out.

Gameplay

A retro first-person adventure game of the sort seen on old computers. Wait until your foes are about to attack, then slash them for maximum damage.

Controls

This game is almost entirely point-and-click — click on items in your inventory, then click on what you want to use them on. Start the game by pressing Enter on the title screen.

Content warnings

Because this game was developed for a horror game jam, it may contain disturbing content, such as excessive blood and jumpscares. (Actually, scratch that; it DEFINITELY contains both of those.)
