Peng Wars 1.2.1 has been released. This minor update fixes several bugs relating to the speed up function and general game speed, as well as other new mechanics introduced in 1.2, and makes a stat tweak to Sealrider Peng.

EDIT: Version 1.2.1.1 has been released, fixing an issue where Special Stages Challenge EX was not unlocked on new save files.
